The Coupler Mate was designed to be used with .223/ 5.56×45 coupled AR-15 magazines.

The cover affixes to the top of your spare magazine protecting the cartridges from the elements.
It also prevents the first cartridge of the spare magazine from sliding forward during transport or firing of the primary magazine.
When a reload is initiated the cover self-ejects to the ground during the downward motion of the coupled magazines. No extra steps are needed to remove the cover.
The bracket can be positioned to the front or rear of the cover to accommodate a wide range of optic mounts.
The cover is compatible with most modern metal and plastic magazines.

Never use the cover on the ejection port side of the firearm.
